1. Appearance requirements

(3) the electrical installation of the diesel generator set shall conform to the circuit diagram, and the wiring connections of the unit shall be marked as not easy to fall off.

(4) diesel generator sets shall have well-grounded terminals.

(5) diesel generator unit signage is complete

Performance index of diesel generator set 2: insulation resistance and insulation strength

(1) insulation resistance: the insulation resistance of each independent electrical circuit to ground and between circuits shall be greater than 2M

(2) insulation strength: each independent electrical circuit of the unit should be able to withstand the ac test voltage for 1min on the ground and between the circuits, and there should be no breakdown or flicker.

Torque measurement: three - phase output voltage, three - phase output voltage, power output.

No remote control, telemetry and telemetry requirements for 200KW or less non-intelligent units.
